add "Live update" checkbox inside "Band Selection"

Nach Auswahl neuer Bänder soll der Renderer automatisch aktualisiert werden. Hierbei sowohl Bänder als auch den DataStretch der neuen Bänder anwenden.

    As this is the Layer Properties Dialog, it should behave exactly like in QGIS, which is modal and doesn't support live updates. However, I see that users like to get live update. Following the QGIS design, we should therefore better add a Layer Style Panel as well, for which I created see #380

    Ideally we could use the QGIS dialog. At least for QgsRasterLayers this indeed is possible using the QgsRasterPropertiesDialog, while it's counterpart for QgsVectorLayers is not available in python. However, another disadvantage is, that the QgsRasterPropertiesDialog does not allow to add own widget pages.
