GDAL shouldn't be managed by the PIP Package Installer

Why is GDAL in this list?
Some testers got confused with this and tried to install it in a seperate Conda environment (which of course didn’t worked out for there OSGeo4W QGIS).

But why is GDAL in this list of packages to be installed with PIP anyways?

The list shows required packages in general. They do not need to be installed via pip.

gdal is now recognized as installed

As the message says, the Package manager does not manage GDAL in favour of the local manager of choice: “need sto be installed/updated manually with local package manager”
