[EnGeoMAP] GUI improvement

  • delete the “BASE” inside the window title
  • remove the “Please Enter Your Data!” image
  • change “EnMAP Data” wigdet to QgsMapLayerComboBox
  • change “Spectral Library” widget to QgsFileWidget
  • change “Legend Colors” widget to QgsFileWidget
