Wrongly constructed confusion matrix if class ids are non-consecutive

There is a pending issue in #300

For non-consecutive class id’s (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 11, 12), the tables generated by the cross-validation include the non-existent classes: if classes are 1,2,3,11,12, the confusion table includes cells for classes between 4 and 10 (a 12 x 12 matrix instead of a 5 x 5 matrix)

Accuracy assessment algorithms will be reworked in the following weeks/months, which will also provide support for non-consecutive classes.
