Missing glossary.rst

EnMAP-Box Plugin cannot be installed in QGIS Plugin Manager due to a missing rst file:

Unable to load enmapboxgeoalgorithms.algorithms
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\geo_beja\\AppData\\Roaming\\QGIS\\QGIS3\\profiles\\default\\python\\plugins\\enmapboxplugin\\doc\\source\\general\\glossary.rst'

Version: develop branch, since commit: 7c1c7f7

How to replication

1. create plugin zip via python scripts/create_plugin.py
2. open QGIS, start the plugin manager and install the created zip file
