error when the spectral library inputs regression based unmixing (synthMix)

Spectral library input to Regression-based unmixing (synMix) always reports an error, it seems to be missing a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) file. How is the JSON file obtained?

Currently, you need to have a sidecar file right next to your speclib.sli called speclib.json. See the EnMAP-Box testdata for an example:

Thanks for your answer. How do I get the speclib.json ? Do I write it myself or is it automatically generated from the Spectral Library Window of the EnMAP-Box?

You have to create the JSON file.

Note that we are currently changing the way we handle speclibs, so in a not so far future, you won’t need to create those files anymore
