Seems to occure in 3.18 only

As this error seems to occure under QGIS 3.18 only, but neither 3.20 nor the upcomming 3.22.
Therefore I recommend that we upgrade the EnMAP-Box minimum requirements to QGIS 3.20, in particular that I don’t see a way to get debug symbols (pdb) for QGIS version prior 3.20

We should always support the latest Conda QGIS as well. This is currently QGIS 3.18.

If this issue isn’t fixed easily, let’s mark it as “known issue” and put it on hold.
