add buttons "Pan/Zoom plot to selected rows" to SpectralView

In analogy to the existing "Pan/Zoom map to selected rows" functionality, that interacts with a linked MapView, I would suggest to have two new buttons that interact with the plot widget.

"Pan plot to selected rows" would take the bounding box of all selected profiles and sets the plot center to the bounding box center.

"Zoom plot to selected rows" would take the bounding box of all selected profiles and sets the plot extent to the bounding box extent.
