add histograms to the Class fraction rendering dialog

Add a new column with class fraction histograms, calculated from the current map canvas extent.

    Use the Histogram value range spinboxes to focus on a specific range of values. Most of the times you want to exclude lower percentages from the histograms, to not stretch the plots to much.
