hub-datacube and hub-workflow to not support to open filenames that contain none-ASCII characters. Instead the full UTF-8 character range should be supported.

Instead of just crashing they should provide a meaningful error messages (to be implemented in the related enmapboxintegration.py file(s)).

in two weeks this won't matter anymore. the students are informed to not use ä, ö, ü etc. until then.
