allow geolocating PRISMA L1 raster directly within the PRISMA L2D import algoritm

Discussed with @Dimitris Poursanidis in #910.
Allow to also select the associated L1 product to directly geolocate the L1 LandCover map and other L1 raster to the L2 geometry.
Use the Geolocate raster layer algorithm in the background, e.g.
