improve wavelength_units handling; allow different wavelength_units for individual bands

It seams that individual band-wise wavelength units aren’t supported.

The following warning is printed:
C:/Users/Andreas/Downloads/raster.tif: inconsistent use of metadata key wavelength_units per band
