disable-powersave is no longer necessary

Issue #122 on hold
Trammell Hudson repo owner created an issue

The stock 1.1.0 Canon firmware has an option to disable the powersave, so it is not necessary for the Magic Lantern system to have one as well.

Unless it is desired to only disable power save during ML sessions and have it enabled during normal sessions.

Trammell, first of all thank you for all this. It's so exciting to be a part of this and I can't wait to see the final version of this firmware. As for the powersave issue, if the camera runs on a very long take say 5 minutes, do you think that will damage the sensor?

Long takes are just fine with or without ML running. The powersave issue has to do with powering down the camera after inactivity; originally Canon did not have a way to disable it so the camera would shutdown if no buttons were pushed after a minute, which was very frustrating on set.

Pointing the camera with the sensor exposed towards intense light is reported to lead to stuck pixels, although I have not experienced this myself.
