    The overscan on the DP1 must be set to hstart 412, hsize 674, and vstart 453, vsize 590 to display the entire image.

    Zebras are still a problem.

    doc/UserGuide-cam.tex: fix hyperlinks handling

    During 'make docs' lualatex can't correctly call
    the ShowLink("#1", "#2") lua function in the
    UserGuide-cam.tex file if function's
    argument contain the '#' or '%' symbol. So all
    http hyperrefs like 'enfuse.html#Focus-Stacks' or
    containing spaces (something like
    http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/External\%20Recorders)
    are affected.

    The doc/mkdoc.py scripts (these actually run latex) ignore
    the error. To reproduce the error you need to run
    latex manually, e.g.:

    $ make docs
    ...
    $ cd doc
    $ lualatex UserGuide-cam.tex

    Here is the error log:

    ! LuaTeX error [string "\directlua "]:1: invalid escape sequence near '\#'.
    \href #1#2^^@-\directlua {ShowLink("#1", "#2")}
    l.509 ...t=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=330\#p164691}{(source)}

    As we don't need any hyperlinks in in-camera documentation
    we can convert the hyperlinks to plain text in more
    more straightforward way using the latex 'hyperref' package'
    option.
