Canon 6D auto ISO not working

Issue #2019 invalid
Former user created an issue

Somehow ML is overriding Canon's automatic ISO setting and that feature is not working when ML is active. If I disable ML at startup, then auto ISO works perfectly.

I tested it in photo and movie modes.

I'm using magiclantern-Nightly.2014May22.6D113.

Let me know if you need more details.

I'm not sure you should mark this as invalid.

I mean, think of the next person who bumps into this problem. How are they supposed to know that these two features do not work together? I think auto ISO should override the other and that will solve the problem (ideally they should work together, if that's possible).

The description of "expo override" is "Low-level manual exposure controls (bypasses Canon limits)."

From this, to me it's obvious that it won't work with auto-anything. See also the user guide.
