a method for quick exploration

A method should quickly go over a collection of tweets (or a sample of it), detect which languages, users, etc. are available, in order to create a first version of the filter. Actually, this will help the user to initialize the Relevancerml, but we can consider to see how the filter machanism can be combined with the RelevancerML.
