Concurrency support

Hi, Does MongoDbMigrations support concurrency, i.e. running the migration code on start of the service, but with many instances of the same service in parallel?

If not, I would like to propose such a feature. On k8s our service could be scaled to several instances and we have no way to control, which one will run the migration. And I don't want to build a dedicated service for it
