silver run -y seems to have no effect

Issue #9 wontfix

The '-y' parameter to silver run seems to result in no effect. Haystack asks for confirmation during setup (see http://github.com/toastdriven/django-haystack/issues#issue/208 ) On my local Silverlining setup I can handle that with a construct like this:

{{{ yes | ../../bin/python ../../bin/manage.py rebuild_index }}}

For the remote instance

{{{ (cd ../../; silver run -y $(PROJECTDNS) manage.py rebuild_index) }}}

should do the job, but seemingly the '-y' parameter does not work as excepted.

    I don't know of any way to make -y work with scripts generally; maybe a script is asking for something other than yes/no, and Silver Lining can't tell the difference.
