Trial WorldWind server

WorldWind has a mapping server than can store/provide WMS data to NWW.

It's covered here: http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/java/server/readme.html

Propose trial download of server, download of data, configure NWW to run from server. Record process & guidance in wiki page here.
