Open Source Package Management update/install end with typeerror

I tried to copy and paste the text but impossible so here is the next best thing

ISeries is on version 7.4

Did an update last week and ended normally

Something must be wrong with yum index because I do not have curl in the list of installed packages and I got it on the system. Loaded it on Friday with python 3.7 witch is not on the system.

Please tell me what I can send to help resolved this issue
