ACS Open Source Management connection fails with auto-chroot user-id

When attempting to connect to the Open Source Management function from ACS with a user-id that has HOMEDIR set for autochroot (ex: /QOpenSys/devlb00/./home/devlb00) the connection attempts fails with the message: MSGGEN003 - an Input/Output error occurred. (Inputstream is closed.

IF HOMEDIR is updated to a regular home directory (ex: /home/devlb00) then the connection succeeeds.

The issue has been validated on the latest version of ACS - 1.1.8.4
