chroot_setup option to regeneration /dev

An option to regenerate the contents of the /dev directory via the chroot_setup command would be beneficial as it would enable serveral scenarios including:

• Migrating chroot containers between systems
• Copying chroot containers on the same system
• Saving/restoring of containers.
