On IBM i 7.4 version I'm not able to run any update / upgrade / install

When I connect via SSH and try to run yum update it is showing me following errors ([Errno 256]):

We are running ibm I 7.4 os.

I think the root cause is:

Installed: $releasever/

where it should be:

Installed: 7.4/

Please try the following:

yum clean all
yum --releasever=7.4 upgrade yum

I think I should mention as well that we are using local cloned repo as we are not able to reach IBM site from our partition due to firewall blockage (financial system).
