Former user created an issue 2021-05-05

Cannot curl to https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6211843 without failing on self-signed certificate error. I have the mozilla ca certificates rpm installed. This was actually working last week, is there an update to IBM.com certificates that needs to be added to the mozilla ca package?
