User does not have authority
I have set up OpenSource on our iSeries. Our one user is trying to connect using ACS but does not have sufficient authority. I am trying to find where to go to give him access. Should it be for the /tmp directory where I loaded the bootstrap.sh file?

This is ACS, so letting @ThePrez handle it, though I suspect it's just checking for
*ALLOBJ
-
@kadler is correct. ACS is checking for
*ALLOBJ
explicitly. Can you verify whether the user has that authority? -
reporter Ok, thank you Kevin.

reporter Hi Jesse,
I am sorry but can you tell me where I would look for that authority?
Thanks,

reporter Hi Jesse, I had the user send me the joblog and I can see the message of that he does not sufficient authority but it doesn't tell me to what. I am attaching the error log.

reporter -
DSPUSRPRF "username" from a IBM i command line and then look at special authority.
-
@tdgleason can you verify the user has
*ALLOBJ
authority? -
reporter Hi Kevin, I am sorry he did not have *allobj authority and that was the issue. You can close out this ticket. Thank you again for your help.

What's the exact error message?
IIRC, in order to install, the user must have
*ALLOBJ
authority.
