Issue creating new Angular app

I have successfully installed Angular on our development system, but now when I attempt to create an Angular app using the ‘ng new’ command I get the following error:

I’m guessing this is a problem with running from QSH or QP2TERM. Does it work from SSH?

I haven't tried it from SSH. I will and report back ASAP.

I was able to create the application using SSH. Now I need to figure out how to reach the newly started page from a remote system
