Has anyone installed Git on a IBM AS/400 operating system 7.2?

I need some help.

I have installed IBM I Access Client Solution and install the package software which included Git verions 2.10.4

I change my directory accordingly and is the git init command and I get this message.

/QSYS.LIB/GITBCKUP.LIB/QRPGLESRC.FILE/.git:   Error 3014 occurred.

I’m giving this from IBM.

EBADNAME

3014 - The object name specified is not correct.

Can anyone help me

FYI, this is not a forum - the question as asked would be better suited for the Midrange Open Source Mailing List or the IBM i OSS Ryver Forum.
