Support / fixes for Samsung's Good Lock UI

Good Lock appears to be a new launcher which incorporates a lockscreen and seems to replace a big chunk of the existing Touchwiz UI for Marshmallow ROMs.

Some of the icons don't appear to be themed or controlled - so far, it looks like the icons for Bluetooth, Mute / Vibrate, Do Not Disturb and GPS are not handled by FBSI.

WiFi, Battery, Network Speed and Clock all seem to be working.

I've attached the relevant APKs.

Edit: I've just updated the ticket with a log file - new notifications don't get picked up. Changing settings for notification items in FBSI will force the icons to be refreshed.

New notifications just don't get displayed.

Between 11:39:00 and 11:40:00 (in the log), I got a WhatsApp notification. Not sure there's any evidence in the logs that FBSI picks that up.

After 11:40:00. I changed the notification settings, and the WhatsApp icon appears.
