Network type makes vertically aligned 2-sim data indicators jump and change line-height

The "network type" option (H+, 3G, E, etc.), even when "inner" positioning is selected, affects vertical size of a data indicator. As such, when indicator disappears and reappears, the layout jumps around.

Possible solutions:

1) Make data type indicators behave like zero-height entities in inner mode

2) Make data type indicators height constant, even if indicator text is not present (also, negative vertical inner padding would be nice for that).
