Status bar icons and notification panel battery

Hi can there be a feature where it autodetects the indicators on the right hand side so it wont overlap with the notifications on the left since it will overlap when i have my wifi on, but i also want to see my notifications when it is off, thanks!

Also for some reason my battery indicator isnt showing when my notification bar is down.

Issue with battery was fixed in ver. 3.1.3
