W-Fi network speed become 0 after switching to 4G and back

When i switch from wi-fi to 4g and back wi-fi traffic numbers become -xxxxxxxx and when 0B/s for all time

p.s. if i change to 4g and FSBI is on front - status bar disappeared and lock screen opened again (like after boot)
