Indicator order on Sony devices

I have the indicator order (from left to right) set to: 1. WiFi - 2. Data - 3. Battery

When I pull down the notifications the order changes to 1. Data - 2. WiFi - 3. Battery

Same on all of my Xperia devices (all running 5.1.1)
