the portability issue for kunpeng silicon

I found that libpfm is portable for the Kunpeng 920 Silicon, but the PAPI isn’t.

And meanwhile I found that adding this function is as simple as modifying a .csv file but I have no permission to create a PR.

So can you add this function in next version?

Anybody can create a PR. For details on how to do so, please follow the steps described on our PAPI Wiki under “Contributing”.

Also, the .csv file is used for defining PAPI preset events, which can then be listed via the PAPI utility papi_avail. However, regardless of PAPI preset events, you should be able to see the native (raw) events when calling the PAPI utility papi_native_events. Can you please verify this and send us the papi_native_avail as well as papi_component_avail outputs?

Actually yestoday was the first time I used the Bitbucket. Now I know how to create a PR.

And, how can I send the command line outputs to you? Could you please offer a E-mail address?

Finally, how to evaluate the correctness of my submittd PR if it’s not in the arch list?
