Segmentation exported with issues

Hello!

I am running ohif-viewer 2.1.0 on xnat docker image.
When I try to export a mask based ROI using the brush tool, it claims that it's exported and also shows up on the navigation panel, however I noticed that in the process of export, it encounters a bunch of issues, while inspecting the browser's console.
Please take a look at the screenshot attached.

It seems that the segmentation isn't properly written and hence while importing the same segmentation, I'm unable to see it on the slice either.

Can anyone help out in this issue?
