If a series has n instances with n > 1, the "Tag Browser" feature only allows the user to view the headers for n - 1 instances. If n = 1 (that is, the series has only a single instance), it seems to work fine, but not once there are multiple instances.

The bug originated from the range slider. Fixed and should behave as expected in v3.1.0 RC-2.
