Viewer fails to load in IE11

James Petts and I had some discussion on getting the OHIF viewer working in Internet Explorer [11] back on the previous repo: https://github.com/JamesAPetts/ohif-viewer-XNAT-plugin/issues/10 . By the end of that, the viewer was functional in IE11 with some minor defects, as James noted. I’m attempting to use an XNAT 1.7.6 version of the viewer that James D’Arcy sent us, and it looks like IE11 compatibility problems are back. [I’m not posting the exact link to that build in case it’s not supposed to be shared.] When attempting to load the viewer in IE11, you just get a black page, with an error in some minified JS in the console.
