Add support for ActionBar

Igor Santos repo owner created an issue

Titanium doesn't support it yet in their Stable release, but there's a feature already implemented in the master branch.

Although, I tried to make it work but I couldn't yet. There's also a community "module" implementing it - we can give it a try.

Finally, there's a couple of other QAs in the site about ActionBar.

    • adding custom theme files that gracefully fallback to old themes on android <3.0, found on a QA page. Also, using the master build as noted in the issue, it's possible to see an ActionBar on top of the app. closes #9
