Add targets feature

The first graph could show a daily target line - fixed horizontal lines for adding or reading articles.

The second one could have multiple targets, each with a target date and a number of articles in the user list. Each would be a separate line with a custom color and a floating key with the final date. Question: is it possible for the line to be gone after that date?
