IHMCAtlasAPI-0.2.0-alpha.zip exists twice in Download section

We're about to test :) and noticed that there are currently two instances of "IHMCAtlasAPI-0.2.0-alpha.zip" available for download. Given that the bootstrap script works file name based I'm not 100% sure which one it pulls (and should pull). To avoid any issues it probably makes sense to either rename for unique naming or delete the obsolete version.

Deleted the duplicate file. BitBucket doesn't have an API for binaries yet, so we're managing everything with hacked scripts. We'll just have to keep an eye on this manually for a while until BitBucket adds support for binaries/releases to their infrastructure.
