Should distinguish between unknown Wav fields and just non-standard

Should distinguish between unknown Wav fields and just non-standard, i.e itrk is understood but not standard and cannot be mapped to FieldKey.TRACK because ITRK already is. But when do WavInfoIdentifier.toStirng() it lists under unrecognised which it is not, indeed we have code in jaudiotagger to write this field (wavSetTwonkyTrack option)
