IJabz repo owner created an issue

Wav SaveActive fails if elect to save ID3 and there is in INFO earlier in file and neither at end because the code was deleting the INFO chunk and this meant the location of ID3 chunk had moved and it could not be deleted.

    Fixed, but assume need to fix for other way round when user elects to write INFO tag only and ID3 tag is first.
