Flac:Problem saving files where Image description contains text charcters that require more than one byte

With Flac there is a problem saving files where Image description contains text characters that require more than one byte because we calculate the imageDescriotion length field based on the number of unicode characters rather than number of bytes.

This became apparent with Quobuz downloads where some accented characters require more than one byte
