WMA/ASF does not let you create tags with custom names

in WMA/ASF there does not seem to be a way to create a custom tag with its own name.

It would be nice to have something like the mp3 TXXX frame, where I can provide both a description and a value.

The CUSTOM tags do not fulfill this requirement, as they are limited in number and potentially used by other apps with other semantics.
