Dealing with Flac files with non standard block numbers

Sometimes get flacs with blocks between 7-127, but these are reserved and AFAIK should not be used so the file cannot be loaded. But I do come across them so should I treat as valid, and if i edit them should I keep or remove these non-standard blocks.
