Allow vorbis comment tags case to be preserved/selected

For example Picard saves Flacs tags with the fieldname in uppercase (ARTIST=) but if the file is resaved in jaudiotagger it is changed to lowercase (artist=), should case be configurable, should it keep what is already in the file.
