EQUA and EQU2 code has been simplified

IJabz repo owner created an issue

EQUA and EQU2 code has been simplified and is now safe to use it treats the data as bytearray.But could be improved, curently calling application has to decipher the data itself from the byte array.

ETCO frame has same problem.
