IJabz repo owner created an issue 2015-09-24

Rewrite AudioFIleWriter its got rather messy, should be able to take advantage of various additions to Java 7 to make things easier.

Moving to AudioFileWriter2, done for Aiff, Dsf, Wav and Flac

Done for Mp4 (but still need to rewrite in chunks when have to move mdat code)
