Aiff Annotation, Name and Author chunks should be considered part of AiffTag not Audio

Of these tags exist in a file the data gets added to AiffAudioHeader, really they should be considered part of AiffTag as they are basic metadata that could be read and written. Although I think there is little point trying to add write support for these limited containers now that we have ID3 support read support would be useful.
