Should check for ID3v1 tag at end of Flac files when calculating bitrate

Should check for ID3v1 tag at end of flac files, this affects the bitrate calculation slightly.

I dont see much demand for reading the metadata and incorporating into FlacTag but maybe we should for completeness.
