FMS-to-NAV

The aircraft, when flying with nav source the FMS, should automatically tune and set CRS to the landing RWY ILS (if exists), at 30NM from the RWY.

A function must be create to run at 30NM just once. Then the pilot should be able to alter both CRS and FREQ.

Because distance is a float, probably will never hit in a frame exactly 30 miles. I need to run the function as close as possible to the 30 miles mark, and as less times as possible to avoid performance penalties.

Also I must unload this function from any searches for the rwy data (frequency/CRS). This search must be performed when the pilot enters the arrival data.
